Will ‘Chhaava’ fever impact ‘The Diplomat’s run in the theaters?

However, despite no new release, ‘The Diplomat’ may expect tough competition at the theaters with ‘Chhaava’. Led by Vicky Kaushal, ‘Chaava’, a periodical drama has been minting hundreds of crores at the box office.

Based on the life and valour of the second Chhatrapati of the Marathe empire, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, ‘Chhaava’ has collected over Rs. 400 crore at the box office, and still going strong.
