10 years after divorce, Jennifer Winget and Karan Singh Grover to share screen—with a twist

In a twist that has thrilled longtime fans, former couple Jennifer Winget and Karan Singh Grover are expected to share screen space once again in the Indian adaptation of The Traitors, a reality show hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar.
The two actors, who were once married, rose to fame as co-stars in Dill Mill Gayye and tied the knot in 2012 before parting ways in 2014.
Now, according to The Free Press Journal, they will be among the 20 celebrity contestants featured on The Traitors, a show centred around deception, loyalty, and psychological strategy. The show’s concept pits contestants against one another in a palace setting where “traitors” are secretly selected and the rest must uncover them to win.
The show’s full cast, revealed in its trailer released May 30, includes Raj Kundra, Apoorva Mukhija, Raftaar, Urfi Javed, Karan Kundrra, Anshula Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor, Jasmin Bhasin, Sudhanshu Pandey, and more. They will compete in missions testing both mental and social skills while navigating betrayals that blur lines between reality and performance.
Jennifer and Karan’s on-screen reunion is particularly noteworthy given their personal history. While Karan has since married actress Bipasha Basu, Jennifer has focused on her acting projects. Their dynamic in a competitive, emotionally charged environment like The Traitors is expected to draw significant public and media attention.
The Traitors premieres on June 12 on Prime Video India, with new episodes streaming every Thursday.
