‘I, Nobody’ OTT release date: When and where to watch Prithviraj Sukumaran’s thriller

Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Malayalam thriller ‘I, Nobody’ is set to make its digital debut after completing its theatrical run. Directed by Nisam Basheer, the film, which arrived in cinemas on July 9, will soon be available to a wider audience on streaming.
JioHotstar has confirmed that ‘I, Nobody’ will premiere on August 25, 2026. The film is expected to appeal to viewers who missed its theatrical release, with the OTT version also offering multiple language options.

‘I, Nobody’ will begin streaming on JioHotstar from August 25. The platform announced the release date on its social media channels.
The film will be available not only in Malayalam but also in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi, expanding its reach beyond its original Malayalam-speaking audience.
The thriller was released in theatres on July 9. According to Sacnilk figures cited in reports, the film collected approximately Rs 15.37 crore worldwide, including an India net collection of about Rs 8.71 crore and overseas earnings of around Rs 5.30 crore.

What is ‘I, Nobody’ about?
The film revolves around Rajeevan, an ordinary government employee whose predictable life takes a dramatic turn after he becomes entangled in a bank robbery.
Rajeevan is caught up in the aftermath of a bank heist, where nearly Rs 17 crore is stolen. The circumstances surrounding the robbery leave him in a vulnerable position, and he is eventually forced to deal with both the authorities and people looking for the missing money.

‘I, Nobody’ cast and crew
Prithviraj Sukumaran plays Rajeevan, the unassuming government employee at the centre of the thriller. Parvathy Thiruvothu and Hakkim Shajahan also appear in significant roles.
The supporting cast includes Ashokan, Vijayaraghavan, Nandhu, Madhupal, Shankar Ramakrishnan, Nishanth Sagar, Jijoy Rajagopal and Khalid Rahman, among others.

The film marks another collaboration between director Nisam Basheer and writer Sameer Abdul. The duo previously worked together on ‘Rorschach’, the Mammootty-led psychological thriller.
Sameer Abdul has written the screenplay, while Nisam Basheer has directed the film. It has been produced by Supriya Menon, Mukesh R Mehta and C V Sarathi under Prithviraj Productions and E4 Entertainment, with Prithviraj also serving as co-producer.
Dinesh Purushothaman is the cinematographer and Ramees MB handled the editing. Jakes Bejoy composed the music for the film.
The action sequences were choreographed by Yannick Ben, Kalai Kingson and Amith Jolly Bastin.
