Music director and playback singer Gopi Sundar recently addressed an insulting comment on Facebook, where a user referred to him as a "Penn Pidian" (womanizer). In a strong response, Gopi Sundar stressed the importance of respecting woman, sharing the offensive comment as a screenshot on his social media page.

Alongside the screenshot, he wrote, "This is your place… come on draaa." His detailed reply expressed frustration over the user’s attitude: "Learn to respect woman. For your information, just as you think 'mani manda' (stupid Mani) girls are not objects who can be held, bent, or broken, they are actually gifted beings capable of bringing life into the world. It's no surprise that you perceive them as mere possessions."

Gopi Sundar frequently faces cyber abuse, especially when sharing pictures with female friends. In response to negative comments, he has shared a mix of humor and strong posts. Recently, he shared a photo with his grandmother and mother, captioning it "My Amamma, Amma." When a user said that negative comments would follow, he confidently replied, "Within 5 hours, cyber cell arrest guaranteed."

He also posted a video featuring a mosquito, advising those eager to hit/criticize him to let out their frustrations by hitting the insect instead.
