Charleston White's previous legal troubles
White has faced several legal controversies in recent years.
In March 2023, law enforcement reportedly investigated allegations that he had kidnapped women and held them hostage while possessing illegal firearms. The FBI interviewed him and searched his mother's home during the investigation. White later said investigators had tracked him through an Instagram Live broadcast in which he displayed a gun and directed a racist rant at rapper China Mac and Asian people. A comedy show featuring White and DJ Akademiks in New York City was subsequently cancelled.
In October 2024, White was arrested on allegations including animal cruelty and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
