The action-packed Bollywood blockbuster 'Kill' has not only made waves in theatres but is now available on OTT platforms. Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt, the film stars Lakshya, Tanya, Raghav, Abhishek Chauhan, and Ashish Vidyarthi, receiving both box office success and critical acclaim with global earnings reaching approximately Rs 41 crore.
‘Kill' has now debuted on OTT platforms, but with a catch—not everyone can stream it. The film's OTT release, just three weeks after its theatrical premiere, is exclusively accessible to international audiences. Viewers in the US and UK can watch 'Kill' on Amazon Prime Video for $24.99 (Rs 2,092) or via Video On Demand on Apple TV. Indian audiences can expect its OTT release only by September.
Renowned Hollywood director Chad Stahelski, known for the 'John Wick' series starring Keanu Reeves, has acquired the rights to remake 'Kill'. Impressed by the film's preview, Stahelski praised it as one of the most brilliant and creative action films in recent memory, expressing excitement to develop an English-language version.
Lionsgate Motion Pictures Studio Group Chairman Adam Fogelson has also confirmed the remake of 'Kill', originally produced by Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta's Dharma Productions, along with Guneet Monga and Achin Jain's Sikhya Entertainment. This remake highlights the increasing global appeal of Indian cinema and its ability to engage audiences worldwide.
