Biju Menon completes 30 years in Malayalam cinema

Biju Menon, beloved actor among Malayalees, marks three decades in Malayalam cinema. Although his debut was as a hotel receptionist in the 1991 film ‘Eagle’, his first role as an actor came in 1994 with the movie ‘Puthran’, directed by Jude Attipetty. Since then, he has graced the screen with memorable performances in ‘Patram’, ‘Madhuranombarakattu’, ‘Mazha’, ‘Marykkundoru Kunjaadu’, ‘Vellimoonga’, ‘Ordinary’, and ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’.
His upcoming film, ‘Thalavan’, directed by Jis Joy and also starring Asif Ali, is set to release in theatres on May 24. The movie promises to be an investigative thriller set in the picturesque countryside of Malabar. Joining him in main roles are Anusree, Miya, Dileesh Pothan, Ranjith and Kottayam Nazeer.
