Rumours about Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan's separation have been circulating widely, particularly after they were seen attending major events, including the Ambani wedding, separately. In a recent interview with CNBC News 18, Abhishek Bachchan candidly discussed his approach to parenting and his relationship with Aishwarya and their daughter, Aaradhya.

Abhishek shared his thoughts on parenting, saying, "Parents must hold on to certain values in life. I grew up seeing my own parents doing this, and I hope to approach my daughter in the same way." He further elaborated on the role of parents, stating, "I don’t know if parents are necessarily the best teachers, but their feelings and desires to guide children in the right direction are reflected in their approach. I learned from watching how my parents interacted with me. They gave me the freedom to make my own decisions, but in times of crisis, I would always ask myself what my parents would do in that situation."

On comparisons to his father, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek added, "If you're comparing me to my father, you're comparing me to the best. I take that comparison as a compliment. I am proud of my family, including my parents, my wife, and their achievements."

Abhishek and Aishwarya married in April 2007, and their daughter Aaradhya was born in 2011. In a previous interview, Abhishek had expressed gratitude for Aishwarya's decision to focus on their family, noting that her support allowed him to pursue his career with ease. He acknowledged that he is fortunate to be able to go to work comfortably, thanks to her.
