In the wake of the murder of NCP leader and former minister Baba Siddique, a resurfaced video of Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi praising the Bishnoi community is now gaining attention on social media.

The video, filmed during an event in Dubai in February 2023, has gained traction amidst ongoing discussions surrounding Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang, who are currently issuing threats against Salman Khan. In his remarks, Oberoi emphasizes the unique characteristics of the Bishnoi community, stating, “Go, search about the Bishnoi community on Google. When it comes to many households, including mine, children are given cow’s milk. However, in the Bishnoi community, you can find mothers feeding innocent deer without mothers, as they would feed their own children. You might not be able to see this anywhere else,” the actor said.

The resurgence of this video is reportedly linked to the longstanding tension between Oberoi and Khan, dating back to 2003, when Oberoi alleged that Khan had threatened him during his relationship with Aishwarya Rai.

In response to Siddique’s tragic demise, Salman Khan, who was known to be close to the slain leader, received advice from BJP MP Harnath Singh Yadav. Yadav suggested that Khan should apologize to the Bishnoi community for his past actions concerning the poaching of protected animals.
