A special anniversary post from Asin’s husband: An unseen photo and a decade of love

Ghajini star Asin Thottumkal has completed 10 years of marriage with her husband, Rahul Sharma.

Marking the milestone, Rahul shared a heartfelt post for Asin, along with a rare photograph from their Christian wedding ceremony. The picture shows Asin looking radiant in a white wedding gown, offering fans a glimpse of the couple’s special day.

He also shared a candid selfie with Asin. "10 blissful years... She's the incredible co-founder of everything that matters in my life, and I'm fortunate to be cast as a co-star in hers! Happy 10th anniversary, my love. May you run our home and my heart like a high-growth start-up, and may I show up on the set of your life every day. Here's to an incredible future together," Rahul wrote in his caption.

Asin celebrated the milestone by posting a heartwarming picture of a sand drawing made by her daughter, Arin, featuring the initials of her and her husband. "10 years and counting," she wrote.

Asin tied the knot with Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma in January 2016, and the couple became parents to a daughter, Arin, in October 2017. Announcing her birth, they shared a joyful message expressing their happiness and gratitude, describing the previous nine months as a deeply special phase and thanking well-wishers for their constant love and support.

After marriage, Asin chose to take a break from acting and gradually stepped away from the film industry. Her final screen appearance was in the 2015 comedy All Is Well, where she starred alongside Abhishek Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor and Supriya Pathak.

Before retiring, Asin enjoyed a successful career across South Indian cinema and Bollywood, delivering hits such as Ghajini, Ready, Bol Bachchan and Housefull 2, among several others.
