Hormis Tharakan

Hailing from Olavaippu, Hormis Tharakan is a 1968 batch IPS officer of Kerala cadre. He had served as the DGP of Kerala.

He is also the former chief of the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), India's external intelligence agency from 2005 to 2007.
