Maxwell Pareira

Maxwell Francis Joseph Pereira-Kamath, popularly known as Maxwell Pereira, retired as the Joint Police Commissioner in Delhi. Called the "High Profile Cop" of the Delhi Police, Maxwell Pereira's 35-year career as a police officer has been highlighted with laurels.

He has received nine national and four regional awards, making him one of the most highly decorated police officers in India. He has a reputation for his straightforward dealing of situations and has received the Indian Police Medal for Gallantry, the Police Medal for Meritorious Services and the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Services.
