Hormis Tharakan

Hailing from Olavaippu, Hormis Tharakan is a 1986 batch IPS officer of Kerala cadre. He has served as the DGP of Kerala.

He is also the former chief of the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), India's external intelligence agency from 2005 to 2007.
