Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma buy whopping Rs 18.29 crore home in Mumbai’s Versova | Deets inside

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have reportedly expanded their luxury real estate portfolio with the purchase of a premium apartment worth Rs 18.29 crore in Mumbai's Versova.

The property, located in the upscale Godrej Skyshore development in Andheri West, was registered on July 21, 2026, according to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey. The latest acquisition adds another prestigious address to the couple's collection of high-value homes across India.

The sea-facing residence spans 2,644 square feet and is situated on one of the higher floors of the luxury development. Along with the apartment, the purchase includes an exclusive 316-square-foot area and three dedicated parking spaces.

Based on the transaction value, the apartment has been acquired at an approximate price of Rs 69,159 per square foot.

The registration documents show that the couple paid stamp duty of Rs 1.09 crore, along with registration charges of Rs 30,000 to complete the transaction.

The reported purchase comes shortly after Virat and Anushka's visit to Vrindavan, where they sought the blessings of Premanand Maharaj. While the spiritual visit and the property purchase are separate developments, the apartment has quickly become one of the most talked-about celebrity real estate deals of the year.

A premium address in one of Mumbai's most sought-after neighbourhoods

Versova has steadily emerged as one of Mumbai's most desirable residential pockets, attracting celebrities, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals looking for privacy, connectivity and premium lifestyle offerings.

Luxury developments in the area are known for spacious homes, high-end amenities, panoramic views and exclusive living experiences.

The couple's reported purchase also places them among a growing list of celebrity homeowners choosing the project. Actor Tabu is also reported to have purchased a residence in the same development earlier this year.

Another addition to Virat and Anushka's luxury property portfolio

The Mumbai apartment further strengthens Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's growing collection of premium real estate assets. Virat owns a sprawling residence in Gurugram's DLF Phase 1, reportedly valued at around Rs 80 crore.

Earlier this year, the couple also acquired more than five acres of land near Alibaug's Awas Beach for about Rs 37.86 crore.

They already own a luxury villa in Alibaug featuring bespoke interiors, landscaped gardens, a temperature-controlled swimming pool and other premium lifestyle amenities.
