Silver Cross's new stroller borrows Lamborghini's design language

Silver Cross has launched the Reef AL Giallo, a limited-edition stroller developed with Automobili Lamborghini.
It is the brand's second stroller made with the automaker, following the earlier Reef AL Arancio, which used orange as its primary accent color. The Giallo version replaces that shade with Lamborghini's signature yellow, paired against a mostly matte-black frame.

Silver Cross itself is a long-running British stroller maker, with a history that goes back to 1877. This collaboration marks a change from its usual designs, pulling references directly from automotive styling rather than typical baby-product aesthetics.
The stroller borrows several details from Lamborghini's cars. The carrycot, referred to as a ‘stroller bassinet’ in the US, is made of glossy polycarbonate shaped to resemble the sculpted lines of a car hood.

The carrycot and reversible seat use automotive-grade suede, genuine leather, and bamboo fiber. The seat also carries a debossed Y-pattern taken directly from Lamborghini's car interiors.
Other components continue the theme, the handlebar, brake pedal, and exposed spring suspension are all finished to resemble automotive hardware. Even the storage basket is folded into an angular, origami-like shape to keep the geometry consistent with the rest of the design.
Functionally, the Reef AL Giallo is a standard high-end stroller. It comes with puncture-resistant wheels suited for multiple terrains, a reversible seat that lies flat, ventilation built into the bassinet, and a chassis that folds regardless of which direction the seat faces.
The complete package includes a footmuff, rain covers, car-seat adapters, a cup holder, a sun sail, and a mosquito net.
