Corset vs Saree vs Sequins: Every look from the ‘Toxic’ trailer launch you need to see

The ‘Toxic’ trailer launch in Bengaluru was a four-way fashion face-off. Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Nayanthara, and Huma Qureshi each showed up with a completely different style statement.

Kiara's all-white moment was pure precision

Kiara went the sculpted, minimal route in an all-white outfit from Moscow-based label ‘Say No More’.

A structured corset top with off-shoulder straps and sharp peplum detailing met a flowy skirt cut with a thigh-high slit, architectural on top, dramatic below.

She rounded it off with diamond drop earrings, subtle rings, nude pointed-toe pumps, loose voluminous waves, dewy skin, and a soft winged eye. Clean lines, zero excess, maximum impact.

Tara went full '90s supermodel in Leopard print

Tara Sutaria leaned all the way into drama in a floor-length leopard-print gown by ‘TNA Ilkyaz Ozel’, featuring an off-shoulder scooped neckline and fitted long sleeves.

Instead of toning down the print, she doubled down, layering in a vintage gold Givenchy chain-link necklace and vintage Chanel earrings for an archival, high-fashion edge. Side-swept waves, bronzed cheeks, and a glossy neutral lip completed the vintage-siren vibe.

Nayanthara gave the saree a sporty makeover

Playing Ganga in the film, Nayanthara chose a copper-orange saree that reworked the classic drape into something entirely modern.

The rust-toned look ran clean through the fitted blouse, cut with a deep V-neck and wide structured straps for a halter-style front, while the saree itself was pleated tight at the waist and swept diagonally across the torso for an elongated silhouette.

The real surprise was the back, a racerback cut-out with an exposed metallic zipper running down the spine. She kept it polished with a studded choker, minimal rings, and a sleek low bun.

Huma Qureshi turned up the drama in black

Huma Qureshi, who plays Elizabeth, chose a black ‘Tony Ward Couture’ gown that mixed old-school glamour with a modern edge.

The fitted, asymmetric one-shoulder design left one arm bare while the other was wrapped in a dramatic three-quarter sleeve, with embellishment running down one side and a sheer, beaded panel exposing the hip and thigh. Loose waves, smoky eyes, and a muted lip kept the focus on the gown's daring cuts.

With the ‘Toxic’ promotional tour just getting started, if this is the opening act, the rest of the press circuit is going to be worth watching closely.
