More romantic Strawberry and Feta Salad on Valentine’s day dinner

Valentine’s day is on the doorstep and there is no other fruit that feels more perfect than strawberry to celebrate love. Try this variety and romantic salad to add more colours to your special day.

​​Ingredients

• Strawberry Vinaigrette- 2 tbsp 
• lettuce, baby spinach-  a handful
• Strawberries- 8 sliced
• Figs- 3 sliced
• Cheese- 2 tbsp 
• Pistachio- 2 tsp (roughly crushed)
• Salt to taste
• black peppercorns- 1/4 tsp  

Procedure

Wash, dry and roughly chop the lettuce and baby spinach. Also, slice strawberries and figs. Mix all the salad ingredients gently and serve immediately.
