A unique flavoured fish fry for lunch

Fish recipes are always favourite of non-veg lovers. Here's a 'herbal fish' recipe with a different flavour. 'Hariyali fish fry' can be a variety dish for the lunch.

Ingredients:

Indian salmon fish - 250 grams
Coriander leaves - a handful
Mint leaves - 1-2 stalks
Coriander powder - 15 grams
Garam masala - 5 grams
Oil - 50 millilitre
Salt - to taste

Preparation:

Clean and cut the fish into pieces. Grind coriander leaves and mint leaves into a fine paste. Add salt, coriander powder and garam masala to this paste and mix well. Apply this mixture and oil on fish and marinate it for some time. Later, fry it using a tawa. Serve hot.
