Young Professional at Indian Grassland and Fodder Research Institute Jhansi

ICAR-Indian Grassland and Fodder Research Institute, Pahuj Dam, Gwalior Road, Jhansi-284 003; has notified a Walk-in-Interview for one Young Professional-I at the Institute.

The engagement will be purely on temporary basis for a period of One year & extension as per requirement in the NLM Project titled ‘Genetic improvement of forage crops for sustainable livestock production’. The position is co-terminus with the project. However, the maximum duration will not be extendable beyond three years.

Consolidated remuneration will be Rs. 25000/- p.m.

Eligibility: Applicant should hold a Master’s degree in Plant Breeding/Plant Biotechnology/Molecular Biology & Biotechnology. Ph.D in any of the above is desirable.

Age limit: Minimum age will be 21 years and maximum age will be 45 years as on date of interview. Relaxation in age in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH applicants will be as per Government norms.

The Interview will be held at 11 am on 05.03.2024 at ICAR-Indian Grassland and Fodder Research Institute, Jhansi.
