Third phase allotment begins for AYUSH and medical allied courses in Kerala

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, has commenced the activities related to the third phase of allotment to the State Quota Seats of AYUSH and Medical Allied Courses, Kerala, for 2025 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in

The AYUSH Courses include UG Programs in Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani and the Medical Allied Courses include UG Programs in Agriculture, Veterinary, Forestry, Fisheries, Co-Operation & Banking/Agri Business Management, Climate change & Environmental Science and B.Tech Biotechnology courses (Under Kerala Agricultural University) have commenced.

Those Candidates who want their higher options in these courses to be considered in the third phase of allotment, have to log onto their Home page at www.cee.kerala.gov.in and confirm their options by clicking the ‘confirm’ button available there. After Online Option confirmation, candidates can re-arrange their higher order options/ delete the unwanted options till 11 am on 24.10.2025.

Candidates are instructed to confirm options to the courses/colleges to which they are sure to join and continue studies if allotted.

Online option confirmation is mandatory for those who have got admission and those who have no allotment as per the previous phase allotments, to be considered in the third phase allotment. If the candidate who has an admission does not confirm his/her options, the existing admission as per the second phase allotment shall be retained.

The un-allotted category seats will be converted during this phase.

On the basis of options received up to 11 am on 24.10.2025, the third phase provisional allotment to these courses will be published in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in on 25.10.2025. The final allotment will be published on 27.10.2025.

Candidates who receive allotment in this phase must take a printout of their allotment memo and remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) shown in the allotment memo, to the allotted colleges and should join the course/college allotted during 28.10.2025 and 4 pm on 30.10.2025.

Candidates allotted under SC/ST/OEC/other categories mentioned in the Notification, need not pay the fee at the time of admission. However, if such candidates are allotted under Management quota seats, they will have to remit the fee as shown in the allotment memo and they will not be eligible for any fee concession.

The allotment of those candidates who do not take admission within the stipulated time will be lost and such candidates will not be considered for further centralised allotment for courses in the concerned stream.

Candidates included in the ineligible list of AACCC dated 17.10.2025, will not be considered for the third round allotment in the State.

Those candidates, who wish to vacate the seats joined through Phase I & Phase II, can exit the seat by forfeiting the Option Registration fees, by 5 pm on 24.10.2025.

Vacancy, if any, existing after the third round allotment will be filled up through Stray Vacancy Allotment. The details of Stray Vacancy Allotment will be published later.
