Second phase allotment announced for Kerala three-year LLB admission 2025-26

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, has published the Second Phase of Centralised Allotment (CAP) for admission to Three Year LL.B. Course in the Government Law Colleges and Private Self-financing Law Colleges in the State for the year 2025-26 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in

The allotment is based on the rank in the rank list of the Three-Year LLB course published by CEE and online options registered/confirmed by the candidates within the stipulated time.

Candidates can access their homepage by entering their application number and password in the ‘Three Year LL.B. 2025 - Candidate Portal’ provided on the website. Then by clicking the menu ‘Allotment Result,’ candidates can view their allotment details and can download their allotment memo. The details, such as the candidate’s name, roll number, allotment, tuition fees, deposit (if any), etc., are available in the Allotment Memo. Candidates can click ‘Data Sheet’ for downloading the Data Sheet.

Candidates who receive a fresh allotment or a change in allotment of the previous phase have to take a printoutof the Second Phase Allotment memo.

Candidates should report for admission before the principal of the allotted colleges latest by 3 pm on 16.08.2025, along with the allotment memo and original documents specified in Clause 19 of the Prospectus. They should remit the complete fees as per government orders in the allotted college at the time of admission.

Candidates will be liable to pay at the revised rate as and when the fee for the academic year 2025-26 in the law colleges is revised. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC communities specified in the notification are exempted from remitting tuition fees.

Candidates who do not join college within the stipulated time will lose their present allotment.

The online options registered by the candidates whose results are withheld have not been considered for allotment.

Allotment/admission of candidates whose writ petitions are pending disposal in the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala is provisional in this phase and will be finalized on receipt of the respective court orders.

Candidates who have received a change of allotment to their higher options in the second phase of allotment will automatically lose their current admission from the first phase. If the candidate has a change of college to their higher options in the second phase, they should obtain the T.C., relevant documents and amount remitted at the time of admission from their currently admitted college and join the newly allotted college within the specified date notified by the CEE.

Vacancies that may exist in various government and self-financing law colleges after the second phase of centralized allotment shall be filled by vacant seat allotment to be conducted by the CEE as per clause 18.19 of the three-year LL.B. prospectus 2025. The date for the same will be published later.

Candidates who have claimed SC/ST reservation and whose caste status is under scrutiny by KIRTADS have been provisionally considered for allotment. The allotment/admission, if any, of such candidates shall be purely provisional and subject to final verification of their caste status.

Allotment in sports quota seats will be done in the next phase of allotment.
