RRB Section Controller admit card 2026 out: Download region-wise hall tickets now

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the RRB Section Controller Admit Card 2026 for candidates appearing in the upcoming computer-based test (CBT) exam. The hall ticket link went live on 7 February 2026 on official RRB portals, including the central website rrbcdg.gov.in, with region-wise download options activated for all registered candidates.
This release comes just days before the RRB Section Controller CBT, which is scheduled to be conducted on 11 and 12 February 2026 in multiple shifts across India for the recruitment of 368 vacancies under CEN 04/2025.
What the admit card contains
The admit card acts as the official hall ticket and entry pass for the examination. Candidates must log in to their respective RRB regional website using their Registration Number and Date of Birth/Password to download the hall ticket PDF. The admit card includes key details such as:
- Candidate’s name, roll number and registration number
- Exam centre address and code
- Exam date, shift timing and reporting time
- Photograph and signature
- Important examination day instructions
Candidates are advised to verify all details carefully after downloading. Any discrepancy in personal information or exam details should be reported to the concerned RRB authorities immediately to avoid issues on the day of the exam.
Prior city intimation slip
Before the admit card release, the RRB had issued the Exam City Intimation Slip on 3 February 2026, enabling applicants to view their exam city, timing, and other preliminary information. It is important to note that the city intimation slip does not substitute the official hall ticket, which will be mandatory for entry into the exam hall.
Important tips for candidates
Alongside downloading the admit card, candidates must carry a printed copy of their admit card along with a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, Passport or Voter ID) on the exam day. Electronic gadgets, bags, watches, and other prohibited items will not be allowed inside the examination centre.
With the CBT scheduled over two days, aspirants are currently in the final phase of preparation, and the early release of admit cards is expected to help them plan travel and other logistics efficiently.
