Refund of eligible amounts related to 3-year and 5-year Law Programs Kerala

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, had initiated steps to refund the amount through a bank account for those students who are eligible for a refund of the amount remitted to the CEE account in connection with LLB (3/5-Year) Course 2023.

Students eligible for a refund and have not yet uploaded their account details and those who have not received a refund due to incorrect account details are allowed to submit bank account details online.

The list of students eligible for a refund is published at www.cee.kerala.gov.in 

Students who are eligible to get a refund should apply through www.cee.kerala.gov.in by opening the link ‘3-Year LLB 2023 Candidate Portal’ or ‘5-Year LLB 2023 Candidate Portal’ after entering the application number and password. The bank account details should be submitted online by 5 pm on 29.03.2024 by clicking the menu ‘Submit Bank Account Details’. After ensuring the correctness of the bank account details, the applicant should click on the ‘Submit’ button and then the ‘Print Bank Details’ button and take a printout of the slip containing the bank account details provided online. Students should keep this printout for future reference. 

If students are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to the bank account submitted online. 

The bank account provided by the student should be in the name of the student or the parent. Refund will be made to savings bank account only. Refunds will not be provided to Zero Balance Accounts, Basic Savings Accounts, Tiny Accounts or Popular Accounts. No refund will be given to the NRI account. 

The amount of those, who do not provide correct account information within the stipulated time, will be credited to the government revenue head without further notice.
