Online Advanced Certificate programmes at National Law Institute University Bhopal

National Law Institute University, Kerwa Dam Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh- 462 044, has invited applications for admission to the following Online Advanced Certificate programmes of 3 months’ duration, for the Academic Session 2024-25.

The Programs are (i) Advanced Certificate Programme in Cyber Laws and Cyber Forensics (ii) Advanced Certificate Programme in Alternative Dispute Resolution (iii) Advanced Certificate Programme in Securities Law and Capital Markets (iv) Advanced Certificate Programme in Labour Laws.

Each Program will admit 100 students.

The Advanced Certificate Programme on Cyber Laws and Cyber Forensics is meticulously crafted to equip learners with the necessary skills to deal with the contemporary issues and challenges prevalent in Cyberspace.

Advanced Certificate Programme in Alternative Dispute Resolution provides an introduction to the law, theory and practice of international commercial arbitration, and examines arbitration law and practice from a comparative, multijurisdictional perspective.

Advanced Certificate Programme in Labour Laws will introduce students to the basic tenets of the Indian Labour Law regime.

Advanced Certificate Programme in Securities Law and Capital Markets provides advanced-level training and knowledge in the areas of Securities Law and Capital Markets regulations.

The programme contents are contemporary, covering the latest aspects of the area which prepares the candidates for professional assignments. The teaching/ counselling sessions (classes) will be held online mode. All the modules of these Programmes shall be taught by leading experts from academia, industry and legal practitioners, in addition to the online support and updates on programme materials through Web resources.

Those admitted are required to attend the classes as per the prescribed pattern of attendance. Attending at least 70% of the classes is mandatory, failing which, the candidates will not be permitted to submit assignment or appear for the Term End Examination. The examinations will be held in online mode only.

There are three modules/subjects in each of the Advanced Certificate for which ten teaching/counselling sessions will be held in each of the module/subject.

Eligibility: Graduates/ candidates pursuing Graduation/ XII Pass; Academicians; Researchers; Members of Law Enforcement Agencies; Advocates, Professionals and Individuals working in NGOs fulfilling any of the above eligibility conditions can apply.
