KEAM 2025: Facility to register options for stray round AYUSH and Medical allied courses

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, has opened the facility to register new options for the second round stray vacancy allotment to Ayurveda/Homoeo/Siddha/Unani and Medical Allied Courses.

Vacancies in Ayurveda/Homoeo/Sidha/Unani and Medical Allied Courses that have arisen in various Government/Self Financing Colleges after the first phase stray allotment will be filled up through the Second Phase Stray Vacancy filling allotment.

Candidates who are included in the Kerala State Medical Rank List published by the CEE can register fresh options till 12.30 pm on 25.11.2025.

Candidates who have submitted an online application for Ayush courses to CEE as per the notification dated 17.11.2025 or as per earlier notifications can also register options. However, only those eligible candidates who are included in the revised Kerala State Merit List will be considered for allotment. The seat received through the stray vacancy allotment cannot be changed further.

Candidates, to participate in the online stray vacancy filling allotment, can register options through www.cee.kerala.gov.in by clicking the menu ‘Stray Vacancy Option Registration’ available on the Home page. Since the probable vacancies that may arise during the course of the stray vacancy filling allotment have to be filled, candidates may give options to all colleges and courses in which they wish to study for the course if they get an allotment. Un-allotted category seats will be converted during this phase as per the existing prospectus conditions.

Candidates (i) who joined the allotted seat or got allotment in the first phase stray vacancy allotment (ii) who are continuing in admitted status consequent on previous allotments (Phase I, phase II, Phase III & First Round Stray Vacancy Allotment) (iii) included in the list of ineligible candidates as per the list issued by AACCC dated 21.11.2025 (iv) who vacated the seat after 5 pm on 24.10.2025, are not eligible for participating in the stray vacancy filling allotment.

Registration fee: Those candidates who wish to register options in the Second Round Stray Vacancy filling allotment will have to pay the registration fee to the CEE. Those candidates who register options to Ayurveda/Homoeo/Sidha/Unani and Medical Allied Courses or Ayurveda/Homoeo/Sidha/Unani courses have to pay an amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) as Registration fee afresh to CEE. Candidates of the SC/ST/OEC category/other categories mentioned in the Notification should pay Rs. 500/- as Registration fee to the CEE. The registration fee of those candidates who get an allotment through the Stray Vacancy filling round will be carried over to the Tuition Fee, and the registration fee of those candidates who do not get any allotment will be refunded. The registration fee of those candidates who do not join the seat within the stipulated time will be considered as a penalty and will not be refunded. Such students will also be penalised as per the KEAM Prospectus clause 12.2.4. The registration fee of those candidates who quit seats after taking admission through the stray vacancy filling will be considered as a penalty and will not be refunded. Provisional Allotment will be announced on 26.11.2025 and Final Allotment on 27.11.2025. Those getting an allotment should join the allotted college after paying the fees/balance fee (if applicable) as shown in the allotment memo during 28.11.2025 to 4 pm on 30.11.2025. The details of the fee for the Ayurveda / Homoeopathy /Siddha /Unani and Medical Allied courses, in various colleges, are available on the website. Candidates allotted under the SC/ST/OEC category/other categories mentioned in the Notification need not pay the fee at the time of admission. However, if such candidates are allotted under Management quota seats in Self-Financing Ayush colleges, they will have to remit the fee as shown in the allotment memo, and they will not be eligible for any fee concession.

Those candidates who do not join after getting an allotment through this allotment and those who quit the seats after joining the college will not be considered for future allotments, if any.
