IIIC Chavara announces admissions to advanced diploma and dual certification courses

Advanced Diploma and Dual Certification programmes at IIIC Chavara, Kerala

Indian Institute of Infrastructure & Construction (IIIC), established by the Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence (KASE) under the Department of Labour and Skills, Government of Kerala, has invited applications for its six-month Advanced Diploma programmes and Dual Certification programmes.

Details of the training programmes and eligibility criteria are given below.

Program under Regular and Dual Certification (Both) schemes and eligibility:

Advanced Diploma in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Management: B.Tech Civil or Equivalent, or Diploma in Civil with 3 years’ experience (for Regular); 8th Semester Students of B.Tech / BE in Civil (for Dual Certification)

Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Contracts Management: B.Tech Civil or Equivalent, or Diploma in Civil with years of experience (for Regular); 8th Semester Students of B.Tech / BE in Civil (for Dual Certification)

Advanced Diploma in Building Information Modelling: B.Tech Civil or Equivalent/B.Arch./ Diploma in Civil with years of experience (for Regular); 8th Semester Students of B.Tech / BE in Civil (for Dual Certification)

Advanced Diploma in MEP Systems and Facility Management (AD MEP &FM): B.Tech ME/EEE or Equivalent or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical with 3 years’ experience (for Regular); 8th Semester Students of B.Tech/BE in Mechanical/Electrical (for Dual Certification).

For the Dual Certification programme, (i) an Advanced Diploma certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the B.Tech programme, (ii) the applicant should also have a minimum CGPA of 6.5 with zero backlogs up to the sixth semester.

Program under the Regular stream only:

Advanced Diploma in Geographic Information System: Any Science Graduate /B.Tech Civil or Equivalent /Diploma Civil /BA Geography

All Programs are of 6 Months duration and with an intake of 40 each. The fee for all Programmes is Rs. 75,600/-.

Applications can be submitted online at www.iiic.ac.in by January 26, 2026.

The application fee is Rs. 600/-, payable online at the time of application.

Classes for all batches will commence on February 2, 2026.
