ICAR UG, PG and Ph.D admissions 2025-26: Detailed counselling plan released for aspirants

Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), has published the schedule of the Online Counseling for admission to UG, PG (other than Veterinary Stream) & Ph.D. programs in Agriculture & allied sciences for the Academic session 2025-26. 

Seat matrix has been displayed at https://icarcounseling.com/

Registration for counseling, choice filling, payment of counselling fee and uploading of documents can be done up to 11.50 pm on 17.10.2025 (Friday).

First Round Seat Allotment will be announced at 5 pm on 21.10.2025.

Online response to queries by universities (if any), re-submission of documents (if required), deposition of Seat Acceptance Fee and generation of Provisional Admission Letter will also commence at this time point.

Online Document Verification by the Universities will be completed by 11.50 pm on 23.10.2025 (Thursday).

Facility for re-submission of documents by candidates will be available till 12 noon on 24.10.2025 (Friday).

Verification of re-submitted documents by the Universities will be completed by 6 pm on 24.10.2025.

Seat Acceptance Fee deposition by candidates can be done till 11.50 pm on 24.10.2025 (Friday).

Second Round Seat Allotment, online response to queries by universities (if any), re-submission of documents (if required), deposition of Seat Acceptance Fee and generation of Provisional Admission Letter will commence at 11 am on 27.10.2025 (Monday). Seat Acceptance Fee deposition will end at 11.50 pm on 28.10.2025 (Tuesday).

Different activities of Third Round will be from 10 am on 31.10.2025 (Friday) to 11.50 pm 01.11.2025 (Saturday) and that of Fourth Round from 10 am on 04.11.2025 (Tuesday) to 11.50 pm on 06.11.2025 (Thursday).

Mop-Up/Final Round activities will be from 5 pm on 08.11.2025 (Saturday) to 11.50 pm on 14.11.2025 (Friday).
