CUET UG 2025 result declared; 27 questions dropped in final answer key – here’s how to check
The Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate admissions (CUET UG 2025) results have been declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 4 July 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam between 13 May and 4 June can now access their results at the official websites — cuet.nta.nic.in and examinationservices.nic.in.
To download the CUET UG 2025 scorecard, students must use their application number/roll number along with their date of birth.
What’s new in CUET UG 2025 result?
The final answer key, released on 1 July, confirmed that 27 questions were dropped across all subjects and sessions.
All candidates will receive full five marks for each dropped question, regardless of whether they attempted it.
In questions where more than one option was found correct, candidates who marked any correct option will be awarded full marks.
The final answer key followed a provisional key release on 17 June, with students allowed to raise objections until 20 June.

Post-result instructions:
The NTA is currently in the process of sharing student scores with participating universities and institutions. Students are advised to check admission portals of their respective institutions for the next steps in counselling and seat allotment.
High applicant states:
As per trends from CUET UG 2024, Uttar Pradesh had the highest number of applicants (3.47 lakh), followed by Delhi. While current year-wise state data is awaited, a similar trend is expected for 2025.
