Genpact partners with Southampton Delhi campus to train next-gen workforce

The University of Southampton Delhi has signed an MoU with Genpact to strengthen industry–academia collaboration and equip students with work-ready skills for global careers.

As part of the partnership, the university will work with Genpact at its new Gurgaon campus on research, innovation and community-focused initiatives. Students will benefit from employer talks, skills workshops, drop-in sessions, networking opportunities, and access to internships and placements with Genpact.

Professor Andrew Atherton, Vice-President International and Engagement, said, "This partnership lays the foundations for long-term collaboration across innovation, civic and community initiatives between our university and Genpact."

Genpact’s Global Hiring Leader, Ritu Bhatia, added, "The future of work demands skills at the intersection of AI, data, and domain expertise. Our collaboration with the University of Southampton Delhi isn’t just about education; it’s a strategic investment to build the talent pool that will drive the global economy forward."

The partnership adds to the University of Southampton Delhi’s expanding industry network, which includes Deloitte India, Investec and Comviva.
