Project positions at NIELIT, Calicut

The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Calicut, an Autonomous Scientific Society under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, invites applications for various project positions on a contract basis for government-funded projects.

Available positions and qualifications

Project Leader (1 position)

• ME/M.Tech in Design/Manufacturing Engineering with 1st class or equivalent CGPA and 2 years of experience in 3D printing/additive manufacturing, or
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 1st class or equivalent CGPA and 5 years of experience in 3D printing/additive manufacturing.

Project Engineer (1 position)

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 1st class or equivalent CGPA and 1 year of experience in 3D printing/additive manufacturing.
• Desirable: M.Tech in Design/Manufacturing.

Project Engineer (2 positions)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence from a recognized institution or DOEACC ‘B’ level.

Project Associate (1 position)

• First Class B.E./B.Tech in Comp/IT/Electronics & Communication, or
• First Class MCA, or
• First Class M.Sc. in Computer/IT, or
• ME/M.Tech in Comp/IT/Electronics/Electronics & Communication.

Faculty (2 anticipated vacancies)

• B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

Senior Faculty (1 position)

• Same qualifications as Faculty position.
