Walk-in-interview alert: Contractual roles at Mumbai ICAR-CIRCOT

Indian Council of Agricultural Research Central Institute for Research on Cotton Technology (ICAR-CIRCT) Adenwala Road, Matunga, Mumbai- 400019, has notified a Walk-In-Interview (Hybrid Mode) for the contractual/temporary positions of Young Professional I (YP-I) under ‘State-wise Ginning Outturn (GOT) study’, at 11 am on 30.12.2025 in the Institute premises.

Place of Posting: Mumbal -01, Guntur -04, Coimbatore- 01, Dharwad -01, Sirsa -01.

Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Science/ Engineering/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Commerce/Information Technology or a Three-year Diploma in Engineering and Technology.

For Commerce/Information Technology, applicants should have a minimum 60% marks. For the Commerce category, applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit: Minimum age will be 21 years, and maximum age will be 45 years. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates will be as per the government. Rules- 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PH candidates.

Duration: The engagement will be for four months from 1st January, 2026, to 30th April, 2026, subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate after evaluation by Director 1CAR-CIRCOT, Mumbai. The tenure may be extended for another two months or till the end of the project, whichever is earlier.

Pay: Young Professional will be paid a consolidated amount of Rs. 30,000/- p.m. TA/DA will be admissible to YPs for undertaking a domestic tour for official work as per ICAR Rules.
