Apply for Junior Executive Officer positions for Diploma holders in Hindustan Petroleum
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has invited applications for recruitment of Junior Executive Officer for its Marketing Division.
Positions, Eligibility Criteria and Vacancy position are as follows:
Junior Executive Mechanical: 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (130 vacancies)
Junior Executive Electrical: 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering (65)
Junior Executive Instrumentation: 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering (37)
Junior Executive Chemical: 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering (2).
For all positions, applicants should have minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates) for Diploma.
For all positions, upper age limit is 25 years with relaxations for specified categories as given in the detailed Notification at https://hindustanpetroleum.com/job-openings
Experience is not mandatory. But experienced candidates are also eligible to apply for above positions.
Shortlisting & Selection Process: All applicants claiming to fulfil requisite eligibility criteria may be called for Computer Based Test which will consist of objective questions and will comprise two parts (i) General Aptitude consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Intellectual Potential test (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation) (ii) Technical / Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to Qualifying degree / Educational background required for the applied position. Those qualifying in the Computer Based Test may be called for Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test and Personal Interview in order of merit & predetermined ratio. Candidates qualifying in Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test will be referred for Personal Interview. Candidates will further be referred for Pre-Employment Medical Examination. Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each of the applicable selection process stages to be considered for further selection process. A category & discipline-wise merit list will be drawn for all the candidates who qualify in all the applicable stages.
