Schedule for B.Pharm Spot allotments in Government Pharmacy Colleges Kerala
Directorate of Medical Education Kerala has notified the schedule for the conduct of Spot allotments to the vacant seats of B.Pharm in Government Pharmacy Colleges for 2023-24.
Allotments will be made to the vacant seats after three rounds of Online Centralized allotments to the course conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala.
The spot allotments will be held at the colleges concerned where vacancy exists.
The details of the vacant seats in each Pharmacy College, category of seat ../and date of Spot allotment will be as follows: (i) College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram – 1 (SM-1) – 11 am on 10.11.2023 (Friday) (ii) College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Government Medical College, Kottayam -3 (SM-1, BH-1, LA-1)- 11 am on 13.11.2023 (Monday) (iii) College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Government Medical College, Kozhikode- 1 (SM-1)- 11 am on 15.11.2023 (Wednesday) (iv) College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Government Medical College, Kannur- 3 (SM-1, SC-2)- 11 am on 17.11.2023 (Friday).
The vacancies that may arise in these colleges before the Spot allotments will also be filled on these days.
Allotments will be made from the Pharmacy Rank list for 2023 published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations Kerala. Only those Candidates who produce all the original documents/certificates to prove eligibility, Original Transfer Certificate, allied documents etc; will be considered for allotment. If vacant seats arise in the supernumerary seats for EWS category, they will not be converted to any other category. However, vacancies arising in any other category will be converted to State Merit.
Those getting allotment in the Spot allotment have to remit the fee for the course, submit all the documents and take admission on the same day failing which, the allotment will be cancelled.
