Third Phase Allotment to MDS Kerala published

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has published the Third Phase Allotment to the PG Dental (MDS) courses 2024 to the Government Dental Colleges and Private Self Financing Dental colleges in the State at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.  

Candidates can view the Allotment Result, by logging on to the ‘PG Dental 2024-Candidate Portal’ using their Application Number and Password and then clicking on the link ‘Allotment Result’ link. 

Those having an allotment should take the printout of the Allotment Memo. 

The allotted candidates should report for joining at the allotted colleges by 4 pm on 30.08.2024, along with all required documents specified in the Allotment Memo as per Prospectus clause 18.2. 

This is the Final Phase Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) to MDS conducted by the CEE for the academic year 2024-25. 

Course once allotted in the Third Phase Allotment shall be final. Surrender of seats after this Allotment will not be permitted. The registration fee of those candidates who do not join the seat allotted through the Third Round will be treated as penalty and will not be refunded. 

As per clause 19.5.1, if a Post Graduate student including SC/ST/OEC & BPL Category, discontinues the PG Dental Course after the Final Centralized Allotment Process (CAP), he/she shall pay Rs. 20,00,000/- as Liquidated Damages and also refund the stipend/salary already received. 

If a service candidate discontinues the PG Dental Course after the stray vacancy allotment, he/she shall pay Liquidated Damages as stipulated in clause 11.5. 

Those candidates who vacate their seats admitted through previous allotments conducted by CEE after the third phase allotment will also be liable to pay the liquidated damages as mentioned above. 

In case vacancies exist/new vacancies arise after this Allotment, these vacancies will also be filled in through Stray Vacancy Filling Round. 

Fresh option registration facility for stray vacancy filling round will be notified later.
