AIIMS Jodhpur invites applications for Master of Public Health: Enrol now!
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur has invited applications for admission to the Master of Public Health (MPH), January 2025 session.
This is a full-time residential program with 50 credit hours spread over a duration of 2 years.
The course encompasses modules ranging from basic courses such as epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, program management to advanced courses such as global and international health, demography and population sciences, health financing, legislations and policy & politics.
Admissions will be given to those with Medical (10 seats) as well as Non-Medical (4) Qualifications. There are sponsored seats (6) also.
Eligibility is as follows:
(i) Medical - M.B.B.S. / BDS/ AYUSH (Alternative system of Medicine in India) degree
(ii) Non-Medical: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Veterinary Sciences, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with minimum 55% marks or Master's degree (MA/MSc) with minimum 50% marks in Nutrition, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Agricultural Sciences, Social Sciences or any other Science degree
(iii) Sponsored: M.B.B.S. / BDS/ AYUSH/ Health Sciences degree with three years experience.
A person applying for admission as sponsored/deputed candidate is required to furnish the following certificates from his/her employer for admission to the course:
(i) That the candidate concerned is a permanent or regular employee of the Government Department / Institute / Medical College - the deputing / sponsored authority for the last three years as on last date of closing of registration
(ii) That no financial implication in the form of emoluments stipend etc. will develop upon AIIMS Jodhpur, during the entire period of his/her course. Such payment will be the responsibility of the sponsoring / deputing authority. Deputation/sponsorship from private nursing homes shall not be accepted
Course Fee is Rs. 1 lakh 40 thousand for a period of two years (Rs. 35,000/- per semester (4 semesters)).

Application fee is Rs.1000/- (Rs.800/- for SC / ST / PWBD), to be paid online using Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.
Those in employment must forward their application through proper channel. Online Application will be treated as advance copy of the application
Selection will be through Entrance Examination only which will be a written test to be held at Jodhpur, Rajasthan in December. The actual date will be declared later. MPH Entrance Exam will have questions from Public Health and Allied Health Sciences. Detailed syllabus is given at the Application link.
Roll Numbers / Admit Cards for appearing in the entrance examination will be available for download to eligible candidates from 7.12.2024.
