M.Sc in Economics at IGIDR Mumbai through CUET PG 2024

Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), an Advanced Research Institute established by the Reserve Bank of India and a Deemed to be University, Gen. A.K.Vaidya Marg, Goregaon East, Mumbai - 400 065, has notified its admission to the Master of Science (M.Sc) Program in Economics through CUET-PG 2024. 

Selection of the candidates to the Program will be based on their performance in CUET-PG and an interview. 

M.Sc. (Economics) at IGIDR is a two-year programme commencing in August 2024.

Eligibility: Applicant should hold a BA/BSc Economics with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD) or should have B.Com/B.Stat/BSc (Physics/Mathematics)/B.Tech/B.E with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD). Applicants must have studied Mathematics at the higher secondary level.

Reservation Policy for admission will be as per Government of India (GOI) rules. Applicants availing of reservations must produce the necessary documents as per GOI rules.

Need-based scholarship is available for M.Sc. Students as per Institute’s norms.

Application: Application for Common University Entrance Test [CUET (PG)] – 2024 can be submitted online at https://pgcuet.samarth.ac.in latest by 31.01.2024.

Based on the score in CUET PG 2024, those shortlisted for the interview will be announced on the IGIDR website along with the date of the interview.
