Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has commenced the activities related to the second phase Centralized allotment to Post Graduate Medical Degree Courses in the State for the academic year 2024 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in

Additional seats sanctioned and seat matrix approved by the Government in respect of SUT Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram and Believers Church Medical College, Thiruvalla are included for allotment in the second phase. Candidates can register options to these seats also.

The Additional seats sanctioned to Government Medical College, Kozhikkode and KMCT Medical College, Kozhikkode for which the approval of seat matrix is pending with the Government is also included in second phase. Candidates can register options to these seats also. However, allotment to these seats, pending approval of Government, will be subject to the Government order in this regard. The seat details are published in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in

Option Confirmation is mandatory to participate in the Second Phase counseling. However, there is no facility for fresh option registration in respect of the options that were available in the first phase. But option registration will be available to new course added to the centralised allotment process at this stage. Option confirmation/deletion/re-arrangement of the existing options is possible in this phase.

If a candidate was allotted a seat in the first phase and joined the allotted seat, his/her higher options (those above the allotted option) only will be available for confirmation/deletion/re-arrangement in this phase as all the lower options (those below the allotted option) have automatically been deleted. Hence such candidates will be allowed only up-gradation to a higher option or retention of the same seat. If a candidate who joined the course allotted in the first phase does not give confirmation to participate in round 2, he/she will not be considered for up-gradation in the second phase, but the seat allotted in the first phase will be retained. So, if a candidate who joined the course allotted in the first phase does not want up-gradation in the second phase, he/she need not confirm the higher options or can delete the higher options remaining after confirmation.

Candidates who were allotted a seat in the first phase but did not take admission in the respective colleges within the stipulated time and candidates who quit the seats after taking admission will lose their present allotment as well as all the higher order options and will not be considered for the second phase allotment. The registration fee of such candidates who did not join within the stipulated time after getting the allotment and those candidates who quit the seats after taking admission is considered as penalty and will not be refunded. However, such candidates can register options for newly included courses after payment of option registration fee.

Candidates including Service Quota candidates included in the State merit lists published by the CEE can log on to www.cee.kerala.gov.in and then click the link ‘PG Medical 2024-Candidate Portal’ to access their home page. Candidates can then re-arrange/delete their existing higher order options if needed after clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available therein. Candidates who have not received any allotment in the first phase can also rearrange/delete their existing options. Those giving confirmation can also add options related to the new course included to the process in this phase.

The facility for online option confirmation/deletion/re-arrangement/addition of newly added options  will be available up to 11 am on 17.12.2024.

Second phase provisional allotment will be published on 18.12.2024 and second phase final allotment on 19.12.2024.

All candidates who get an allotment should join the course and college to which they are allotted along with the required documents and pay the fee at the colleges during 25.12.2024 and 4 pm on 28.12.2024. Candidates are liable to pay admission fee as prescribed by the University concerned at the time of admission.

The allotment to Colleges/Courses will be subject to recognition of All India Regulatory Bodies/Affiliation from the University concerned.
