Second phase Centralised Allotment process for admission to LLM Course in Kerala

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), has commenced the activities related to the second phase of the Centralised Allotment Process for admission to LLM Course in the Colleges of the State for the year 2024-25 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in 

Option confirmation is mandatory for all candidates having higher options to be considered for second round allotment. Those candidates who have received allotment and have taken admission in the allotted college in the first phase, and are continuing in their admitted status but want their existing higher order options to be considered for the second phase, must compulsorily confirm their online options, by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available in the home page provided in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates who have exercised options but have not been allotted any seats in the first phase should also confirm their options if they wish to be considered for the second round of allotment.

After confirmation, candidates can change the priority of existing higher options and delete unwanted options, if desired.

Those who do not confirm their higher options online within the stipulated time will not be included in this phase of allotment. But the present admission, if any, secured in the first phase of allotment will be retained. 

All eligible candidates in the rank list can register fresh options to the LL.M Criminal Law course in Al Ameen Law College, Kulappully, Shornur, Palakkad in phase 2 as this course-college combination was not available in the first phase of the centralised allotment process. Those who have not already paid option registration fee in the first phase allotment have to pay Option Registration Fee for registering option to the newly added college. The facility for Option Confirmation /re-arrangement/ deletion/addition of options ends on 15th December 2024. Second Phase Allotment (Provisional) will be published on 16th December 2024 and Second Phase Allotment (Final) on 17th December 2024.

Candidates who get allotment in this phase have to join the allotted college within the stipulated time. Detailed schedule regarding the joining will be notified later. Candidates who get allotment have to pay the amount shown in the allotment memo in the allotted colleges at the time of admission. Candidates who receive allotment should have attained the eligibility for admission as per Clause 9 of the Prospectus at the time of admission. 

Candidates who do not take admission within the specified dates shall lose their allotment. Candidates who receive a change of allotment to their higher options in the second phase of allotment will automatically lose their current admission. They should obtain the T.C, relevant documents and amount remitted at the time of admission from their currently admitted college and join the newly allotted colleges as per the schedule to be announced. 

Candidates should not retain unnecessary options to courses/colleges where they do not wish to join, if allotted. Allotment shall be subject to the final order/affiliation/approval of the Govt./University concerned.
