Vacant seat allotment for integrated 5-year LLB courses in Kerala published, check details

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has published the Online Final Vacant Seat Allotment to the Integrated Five Year LLB courses 2024, to fill up vacant seats in the Government Law Colleges and government seat in Private Self Financing Law colleges in the State having seat sharing agreement with the Government at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.  

The Vacant Seat Allotment has been prepared after addressing valid complaints received within stipulated time regarding Provisional Allotment List published on 12.11.2024. It has been prepared on the basis of the conditions stipulated in the Integrated Five Year LLB Prospectus clause 18. 

To view the allotment Result, candidates should log on to the ‘Integrated Five Year LLB 2024-Candidate Portal’ by submitting their Application Number and Password and then click on the link ‘Allotment Result’. Those having allotment may take the printout of the Allotment Memo. 

The allotted candidates should report for joining at the allotted colleges by 3 pm on 18.11.2024, along with all required documents specified in the Allotment Memo as per Prospectus clause 19. 

If no seat is allotted to the candidate in the vacant seat allotment, the existing admission, if any, will prevail. If a seat is allotted to the candidate in the vacant seat allotment, the existing admission, if any, will stand cancelled and the candidate should accept the new allotment. The seats received through vacant seat allotment cannot be changed further.

Candidates who are allotted a seat in the vacant seat allotment (irrespective of the admission status) will not be eligible for any subsequent allotments.

Allotment will be subject to the final order/affiliation/approval of the Govt./Bar Council of India/University concerned. 

The Vacant Seat Allotment Registration Fee of those candidates who do not join the seat allotted through Vacant Seat Allotment will be treated as penalty and will not be refunded. 

In case vacancies exist/new vacancies arise after Vacant Seat Allotment, these will also be filled in the subsequent phase through Spot Allotment/Stray Vacancy Filling Round, based on the options registered for the Vacant Seat Allotment.
