KEAM 2023: Special Stray Vacancy Round for filling vacant seats in B.Pharm Course

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, will conduct a Special Stray Vacancy Round for filling the vacant seats in B.Pharm Course after the institution - wise spot admission conducted vide notification dated 02.11.2023. 

There will be fresh option registration for this special stray vacancy round. The facility for options registration has been made available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates who are not holding seats in B.Pharm Course are eligible to participate in the Special Stray Vacancy Round. The vacancy status and list of candidates eligible for participating in the Special Stray Vacancy Round have been published at the website. 

Registration Fee: Those who wish to register options have to remit registration fee of Rs. 5,000/- to the CEE. Those who have paid any Registration fee to the CEE through previous rounds of counseling, but not allotted any seat, have to pay the balance amount, if applicable, as Special Stray Vacancy Registration fee. However, those who got allotment in any of the previous allotments but did not join the course will have to pay the registration fee afresh. For SC/ST/OEC/other eligible candidates having fee concession, the registration fee will be half of the above amount. The registration fee paid for Special Stray Vacancy Round will be adjusted in the tuition fee of the course, if the candidate gets an allotment or else will be refunded after the end of counseling. The registration fee paid for special stray vacancy round of those candidates who do not join the seat allotted in special stray vacancy round will be treated as penalty and will not be refunded. 

Candidates may enter their Application Number & Password in the link ‘KEAM 2023 Candidate Portal’ provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in to log on to their home page. By clicking the menu ‘Stray Vacancy Registration’ candidates can register their options online by 4 pm on 11.12.2023, after paying registration fee. The allotment to Pharmacy seats in Sree Narayana Guru Memorial Pharmacy College, Thuravoor, Alappuzha will also be done in this phase. 

Provisional Allotment will be published on 13.12.2023 and the final allotment on 14.12.2023.

All candidates who get an allotment should join the course and college to which they are allotted along with the required documents and pay the fee at the colleges during the period from 15.12.2023 to 3 pm on 18.12.2023. No extension of time for reporting to the college will be granted under any circumstances. 

College authorities should approve and submit the list of admitted candidates to the CEE through the Online Admission Management System (OAMS) by 4 pm on 18.12.2023.
