BSc Nursing/Allied Health Sciences Courses at JIPMER Puducherry: Apply by March 14
Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER), an Institution of National Importance Under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India; Dhanvantari Nagar, Puducherry 605006, has invited applications for admission to the BSc Courses for the Academic Year, 2021-22.
Bachelor of Science (BSc) Courses (Undergraduate) offered at JIPMER, Puducherry are BSc Nursing; BSc Allied Health Sciences Courses -Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences (BMLS); Anaesthesia Technology; Bachelor of Optometry; Cardiac Laboratory Technology; Dialysis Therapy Technology; Medical Laboratory Technology in Blood Banking; Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology; Neurotechnology; Nuclear Medicine Technology; Perfusion Technology; Radiotherapy Technology
Eligibility: Applicant should be an Indian National and should have qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) [NEET (UG) 2021] conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). Applicant should complete the age of 17 years by 31st December 2021 (they should have been born on or before 01-01-2005). There is no upper age limit.
Applicants should have passed the Higher / Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology and English and passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology and English individually, and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology at the qualifying examination (40% for SC/ ST/ OBC and 45% for General PWD category).

Online Registration can be done till 5 pm on 14.03.2022 (Monday) through the link provided at the admissions notification at https://jipmer.edu.in/whats-new.
The list of applied candidates who are eligible to participate in the counselling will be published on or before 21st March 2022 (Monday) at the website. Details regarding counselling and admission will be announced later.
Counselling for admission to BSc courses will be held in person at JIPMER. The details of counselling will be published on JIPMER website at the time of declaration of the eligible candidates list.
Candidates on the published eligible list reporting at the counselling venue within the stipulated time and whose certificates in original are verified and found to be in order will be allowed to participate in the counselling. Seats will be allotted to candidates based on their choice, merit, and seat availability.
Academic Fee / Tuition fee (per annum) for the BSc Courses is Rs.1,200/-.
