Apply now for PG Programme in Nursing at Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, New Delhi

The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS), D-1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, has invited applications for admission to the Postgraduate Programme in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing).

Eligibility: Applicant shall be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife or possess an equivalent Registration with any State Nursing Council. Applicants should have passed BSc/ BSc (Hons) Nursing or Post Basic BSc Nursing with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from an institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council and should have minimum one year of work experience after Basic BSc Nursing or minimum one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic BSc Nursing. The one year of work experience shall be from a hospital of minimum 100 beds or a teaching hospital or a College/School of Nursing, or a Community Health Programme. Applicants should be medically fit.

Selection: Selection will be based on a written Entrance Examination and an Interview to be held at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, New Delhi.

Entrance examination: The entrance examination to be held at 10 am on 23.06.2025 will be of 1 hour 30 minutes’ duration and will have one Question Paper of 75 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) covering the subjects of B.Sc. Nursing.

The result of the Entrance Examination will be declared at 5 pm on 23.06.2025.

Counselling/ Interview will be held at 10 am on 24.06.2025.

Merit List will be published at 5 pm on 26.06.2025.

The cut-off date for joining the course will be 2 pm on 02.07.2025.
