MBBS Admissions at AFMC Pune: Additional Short list released
Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) Pune has released an additional shortlist of candidates for the Second stage of selection for admission to the MBBS Program at AFMC for 2024.
The first short list for Second stage of selection was released on 22nd August, 2024. The additional shortlist has been released on 29th August 2024. The list is available at https://www.afmcdg1d.gov.in/ (News & Highlights link)
Screening for those in the second list will be held from September 1, 2024 to September 3, 2024.
Shortlisting has been done from the list of candidates who had registered on MCC website, https://mcc.nic.in for admission into AFMC, Pune during the first phase option registration for MCC UG Counselling, based on their marks in NEET UG 2024.
Cut of marks considered for shortlisted candidates for screening in the additional short list is 675 for girls and 656 for boys.
No separate call letters for screening will be sent to the candidates.
The shortlisted candidates are required to confirm their attendance for the screening process at AFMC, Pune by 6 pm on 31st August 2024, by sending an email titled ‘Willingness to attend AFMC MBBS Admission Screening for NEET UG 2024’, to the email Id: oicadmission@gmail.com, mentioning their NEET-UG Roll number and NEET UG score
Parent/guardian will be permitted to accompany the candidate.
In case a candidate fails to appear on the stipulated date of screening, it will be assumed that he/she does not wish to appear for screening. No representation will be entertained later in this regard.
Screening Process: The various stages of Admission screening will include (a) Identification and Verification of documents (b) Test of English Language & Logical Reasoning (ToELR) (c) Psychological Assessment Test (PAT) (d) Interview by the Board of Officers (e) Medical Examination & Medical Board.
