AACCC UG Counselling 2024 Round 2: Guidelines for reporting and withdrawing

Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round 2 of the AACCC UG Counselling 2024 (allotted/ upgraded) should Physically report to the allotted college and take admission by 5 pm on 03.10.2024 after downloading the ‘Provisional Allotment Letter’ from the AACCC-UG portal. All candidates should ensure that admission process is made by the allotted college through online mode only by generating the ‘Provisional Admission Letter’ from the AACCC UG portal. Any admission made through offline mode shall be treated as null & void. 

Candidates joining the R-2 allotted institute and want to upgrade their seat during Round-3 should submit willingness for upgradation at the time of reporting to R-2 allotted institute.

Candidates whose seats have been upgraded from R-1 to R-2 and wish to join the upgraded seat should get an online-generated relieving letter from the R-1 joined institute and report to the R-2 allotted institute with original documents as per the reporting schedule.

Candidates do not wish to join the upgraded seat of R-2 will get the counselling fees forfeited. However, candidate can participate in subsequent rounds as per the eligibility criteria fixed for that round by filling in fresh choices and paying complete counselling fees again for registration. Further, candidates must obtain online generated relieving letter (for future reference) and original documents from the previous R-1 joined institute.

Candidates joined the R-2 allotted/upgraded seat and later do not wish to retain the joined R-2 seat; can Exit from the R-2 admitted seat with forfeiture of counselling fees till 5 pm of 05.10.2024. Such candidates are eligible for AACCCUG and State-UT Counselling. Further, they can participate in subsequent rounds of AACCC-UG counselling as per the eligibility criteria fixed for that round by filling in fresh choices and need to pay complete counselling fees again for registration. 

Candidates can exit from the R-2 admitted seat with forfeiture of counselling fees from 06.10.2024 to 5 pm of 16.10.2024. Such candidates will be eligible for State/UT counselling but ineligible for further rounds of AACCC-UG Counselling. 

Candidates can exit from the R-2 admitted seat with forfeiture of counselling fees from 17.10.2024. However, such candidates will become ineligible for AACCC-UG counselling / State-UT Counselling.

R-1 admitted candidates if not upgraded during R-2, will be treated as R-2 admitted candidate from the date of announcement of R-2 final result (26.09.2024), and Rules of R-2 joined candidates will be applicable to them.

Candidates whose R-1 joined seats have not been upgraded to R-2 and wish to retain the R-1 joined seat Candidates may not to fill fresh choices during R-3.

R-1 candidates who were not upgraded and who hold R-1 seats and want to upgrade their seats during R-3 can participate in the R-3 by filling fresh choices.

Candidates whose seats have not been upgraded from R-1 to R-2 and do not wish to retain the R-1 joined seat after publication of R2 result can Exit from the R-2 admitted seat with forfeiture of counselling fees till 5 pm of 05.10.2024. Such candidates are eligible for AACCCUG and State-UT Counselling. Further, they can participate in subsequent rounds of AACCC-UG counselling as per the eligibility criteria fixed for that round by filling in fresh choices and need to pay complete counselling fees again for registration. 

Candidates can exit from the R-2 admitted seat with forfeiture of counselling fees from 06.10.2024 to 5 pm of 16.10.2024. However, such candidates will be eligible for State/UT counselling but ineligible for further rounds of AACCC-UG Counselling. Candidates can exit from the R-2 admitted seat with forfeiture of counselling fees from 17.10.2024. However, such candidates will become ineligible for AACCC-UG counselling / State-UT Counselling.

Candidates should ensure that their seat ‘Withdrawal/Surrender letters’ are generated online through the AACCC-UG portal by the allotted institutes.
