Mumbai: Delta Force, the popular free-to-play tactical shooter, is set to officially launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on August 19, 2025. The newly released Official Console Launch Overview Trailer offers fans a first look at what to expect from the console edition of the game.

The trailer highlights a wealth of new content tailored for console players, including exclusive maps, operators, vehicles, and weapon appearances. The game features three primary modes: large-scale "Warfare," the extraction-focused "Operations," and the PvE campaign "Black Hawk Down," which will be available as a free downloadable expansion at launch.

Designed to provide a genuine free-to-play experience, Delta Force emphasises fairness with no pay-to-win mechanisms. The launch includes cross-platform account syncing, allowing players to switch seamlessly between console, PC, and mobile gameplay.

At launch, the console edition will offer 11 operators, 56 weapons, 12 vehicles, and a broad selection of customizable attachments. Exclusive content and events for console users include special login rewards, platform-specific weapon skins, and membership perks matched to PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass subscribers.

Additionally, players are encouraged to participate in a "Battle Pass Boost Event" to unlock legendary operator skins via focused play. Technical enhancements for consoles promise smooth performance, including stable frame rates, adaptive trigger support, and fully remappable controls to optimise player experience.
