Known for being a regular presence at SRH's home games, Kavya couldn’t hide her frustration as the team’s top order crumbled yet again. The explosive batting lineup, which had wowed fans with a massive 286-run score in their season opener against Rajasthan Royals, failed to bring the same energy to the pitch in their last few outings. Sunday’s match was no different.
Travis Head, Abhishek Sharma, and Ishan Kishan — SRH’s key top-order players — once again failed to convert their starts into big scores. Head was the first to go, falling in the opening over for just eight runs. Sharma looked promising but was dismissed for 18 in the fifth over, and Kishan followed not long after. Heinrich Klaasen, who has been relatively quiet this season, chipped in with 27 runs off 19 balls before being bowled by Sai Kishore.
