Mohun Bagan completes Sahal Abdul Samad swap deal, Pritam Kotal heads to Kerala Blasters

Kochi: Mohun Bagan Super Giant has signed Indian International Sahal Abdul Samad from Kerala Blasters for an undisclosed money. Blasters informed they struck a player+cash deal with the Kolkata heavyweights to let go of their star asset. 

Sahal has signed a five-year contract with the club. As per the reports, Bagan signed Sahal for Rs 2.5 crores. 

In the 2017-18 season, he played in the Kerala Blasters B Team before getting a call to the senior side in the 2018-19 season. As an integral part of Blasters, he had so far played 92 games for the team. 

Meanwhile, Bagan let go of their star defender Pritam Kotal to Blasters as part of the deal.
