The first semi-final on Wednesday, 19 August, pits surprise package SC Delhi against 16-time champions East Bengal FC at Kolkata's Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan. SC Delhi advanced to the last four in emphatic fashion after dismantling FC Raengdai 5–1 in the first quarter-final, capping off an impressive run where they scored 16 goals across the group phase. Meanwhile, East Bengal secured their berth via a gritty 1–0 victory over Indian Army FT, courtesy of a 39th-minute header from Malayali forward P. V. Vishnu.

Semi-Final 2: Mohun Bagan Battle Defending Champions

Thursday, 20 August, brings a heavyweight showdown as 17-time winners Mohun Bagan Super Giant clash with defending champions NorthEast United FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Shillong. Mohun Bagan reached the semi-finals following a nerve-wracking 9–8 penalty shootout victory against Jamshedpur FC, after regulation time ended 1–1. Goalkeeper Vishal Kaith proved the hero for the Mariners, saving Lawmsangzuala’s sudden-death spot-kick before Tekcham Abhishek Singh converted the winning penalty.

NorthEast United's Title Defence Powered by Ajaraie

Facing the Mariners are NorthEast United FC, who remain on course to defend their crown after a thrilling quarter-final comeback. The Highlanders overcame a 2–1 half-time deficit against regional rivals Shillong Lajong FC to seal a 5–2 win, spearheaded by a brilliant hat-trick from Moroccan striker Alaaeddine Ajaraie alongside second-half strikes from Ethyan Gonzalez and Jithin MS.

The tournament finale is scheduled for 23 August at Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata.
