Kochi: A moment of immense pride for the global Malayali community. Three young trailblazers from Kerala have secured spots on the prestigious 'Forbes Asia 30 Under 30' list for this year. Recognising the most influential young entrepreneurs and professionals under the age of 30 across the Asia-Pacific region, the annual lineup features Arundhati Menon, Noureen Aysha and Devan Chandrasekharan for their exceptional industry contributions.

Having made remarkable strides in their respective fields, the achievements of these three individuals are detailed below.

Arundhati Menon (Finance & Venture Capital category)

Arundhati, 28, serves as the Associate Vice President at Exfinity Venture Partners, a prominent venture capital firm based in Bengaluru. She has successfully spearheaded capital funding programmes for numerous deep-tech start-ups. Although she was raised in Bengaluru, Arundhati originally hails from Kakkanad in Kochi.

Noureen Aysha (Social Impact category)

Noureen, 29, is the co-founder of FemiSafe, a women's wellness and hygiene start-up based in Kochi. Originally from Kozhikode, Noureen launched the venture in 2021 alongside her husband, Naseef Nazar. Having initially disrupted the market by introducing menstrual cups, FemiSafe now offers an extensive range of female wellness products. Noureen was selected in the 'Social Impact' category for the positive societal changes driven by her organisation.

Devan Chandrasekharan (Industry, Manufacturing & Energy category)

Devan, 29, is the founder and Managing Director of Fuselage Innovations, an acclaimed start-up dedicated to developing advanced agricultural drones. Hailing from Cherthala, Devan established the company in 2020 alongside his sister, Devika Chandrasekharan. The enterprise operates out of Maker Village in Kalamassery and was picked for its pioneering work in precision farming technology.
