CIAL 0484 Aero Lounge a super hit: 25,000 guests used it in one year

Nedumbassery: The 0484 Aero Lounge, which was started a year ago at Kochi International Airport, has become a super hit. So far, 25,000 guests have used the lounge services, and 12,000 room bookings have been made. Both passengers and visitors alike make use of the lounge. Since booking options are available for 6, 12, and 24 hours, people use it not just for stay but also to relax before and after travel.

The 50,000 sqft lounge houses 37 rooms and four suites. It also has three boardrooms, two conference halls, co-working spaces, a gym, spa, and library.

Premium facilities like conference halls and boardrooms are being used by corporate firms for meetings and other purposes. The main attraction is that those attending meetings can avoid traveling into the city. The lounge is also being used for pre-wedding shoots, press conferences, and business conventions. Inside the lounge, there are cafés and retail shops as well.

The lounge was inaugurated in September 2024 as part of CIAL’s plan to increase non-aeronautical revenue.
